At Northbound Book Nook, we take great pride in the quality of the books we offer. Each book is carefully selected and passes through our quality control process to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition, with the exception of remainder marks on certain discounted titles. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

In-Store Purchases - Final Sale:
All in-store purchases are final sale. As our customers have the opportunity to physically evaluate the book's condition, including any remainder marks, before purchase, the sale is considered final once completed. By purchasing in-store, you accept the book’s condition as is.Damaged Items from Online Orders:
If you receive a book purchased online that arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for the damaged item. Please provide your order number and a photo of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.No Change-of-Mind Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose your books carefully.How to Return a Damaged Item from an Online Purchase:

For online orders, contact us at support@northboundbooknook.ca within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item.
Refund Process:
